operating on a new MetaTrader 4 server, you will need to download and reinstall the new
terminal platform if you have any ZeroMarkets MT4 terminal installed prior October 9th 2022.
Step 1: Uninstall your existing ZeroMarkets MT4 terminal, and re-install
the latest MetaTrader 4 Platform Terminal on your computer; click on the link below to
download the latest platform with the new server access.

Step 2: Log into your platform using the same credentials as before and
select the right Server ZeroMarkets-Demo-1 or ZeroMarkets-Live-1 for your demo and Live
accounts.
Step 3: Start Trading
The MT4 server update will bring to clients enhanced data security, faster execution,
reliability, and lower latency.
There is no need to open a new account, as all existing accounts will be maintained with
same login number and password.
Yes, it’s recommended that clients uninstall the current MT4 software and re-install the new
MT4 server.
Mobile clients are not required to reinstall the app. Instead, clients just need to search
service name and pick up the server ‘ZeroMarkets-Live-1’ for live account, or
‘ZeroMarkets-Demo-1’ for demo account. The account number and password will be the same.
Yes. All existing payment solutions will be automatically linked to the new server.
Yes. All trading history and opening positions will be fully migrated.

operating on a new MetaTrader 4 server, please proceed to add your ZeroMarkets MT4 demo or
live accounts in MetaTrader 4 App for mobile trading.
Step 1: Inside the MetaTrader 4 app, go to Manage Accounts > Click on the
+ button > Login to an existing account > Type ZERO in the Find broker Field > Select
ZeroMarkets-Demo-1 or ZeroMarkets-Live-1 for your demo or live account(s).
Step 2: Log into your selected platform using the same credentials as
before and your account is now ready to go.
Step 3: Start Trading
To use EA, please have the latest MetaTrader 4 application installed on your computer. Our
